Grand Resort Pamporovo – Completed Apartments with ACT 16 , is a large-scale project in Pamporovo and includes five buildings connected by roofed walkways, with two hundred apartments, luxury houses and 8000 sq.m. mountain type hotel.

The total area of the complex is 22,000 square meters. Almost a third of it is set aside for parks and entertainment venues. Grand Resort Pamporovo was built at 1700 m above sea level. The complex has a reception desk, a lobby bar, a large relaxation area, an European restaurant, a tavern, a shop, a games room, a children’s playground,a cinema and its own car park.

The complex will offer property owners full hotel service of the apartments such as 24/7 reception, cleaning, welcoming guests (in case the premises are rented).

Grand Resort Pamporovo is located just below the Karamandzha Rock and the Orpheus Rocks in Pamporovo

From the complex you can reach the rocks on foot in about 20 minutes and you will see breathtaking views. Your walk can even be combined with a picnic, as there are designated places at the foot of the Orpheus Rocks. Access to the rocks is on a sloping path that is well marked so that there is no danger of deviating from the route.

Legend has it that Orpheus himself drew inspiration for his songs from the views seen from the rock. He sat there playing his harp, and the songs spread throughout the Rhodopes. From the high Orpheus rocks you can see the Smolyan lakes, scattered throughout the valley of the Black River as well as the mountains of Northern Greece.
